- SUBJECT: CONVERSION
OF "C" OR RESERVE SUGAR INTO "D"
-
- With reference to the abovementioned subject
and pursuant to Sections 1 and 6 of Sugar Order No. 4, series
of 2006-2007, all "C" or Reserve sugar quedan-permits
issued since the start of the CY 2006-2007 (September 1, 2006)
up to week-ending 29 October 2006, shall be submitted to the
SRA by all holders/owners of the said "C" quedans and
stamped at the back thereof as, "Re-classified as "D"
or World Market Sugar Pursuant to Sugar Order No. 4, Series of
2006-2007", by the following Offices:

- 1. Production Control & Regulation
Office (PCRO), SRA, Quezon City
-
- 2. Sugar Regulation & Enforcement
Department (SRED), Bacolod City
-
- 3. Sugar Production and Regulation Officers
(SPROs) assigned at the millsites
-
- This Circular Letter shall take effect
immediately.
