HABIT OF GROWTH:

Fast grower, erect to recumbent self trashing; sparse flowering; medium to large size stalk purplish brown in color with dense waxy deposit. Rind is soft good for chewing. Age of maturity is 10-12 months.

YIELD:

Average in tonnage, high in sugar content.

REACTION TO DISEASES:

Resistant to downy mildew, average to leaf scorch and yellow spot, but susceptible to smut.
