HABIT OF GROWTH:

Slow grower, open growth habit when young, erect to recumbent at maturity. Medium to thick size, greenish red with corky patches color stalk. Self-trashing with profuse trichomes on the leaf sheath, profuse flowering cane. Age of maturity is 10-12 months.

YIELD:

High in tonnage and sugar content.

REACTION TO DISEASES:

Resistant to leaf scorch, but susceptible to smut, downy mildew and yellow spot.
